UXL Foundation
- The UXL Foundation has seen great growth in membership, community contributions and participation in our SIGs and Working Groups. We’ve compiled a UXL Foundation Annual Report where you can find out more about everything that happened during 2024, as well as the outlook for this year.
- UXL Foundation launched a YouTube Channel.
- The SIG and Working Group meetings are now scheduled for 2025 and available on our GitHub page, you will need to sign up to the mailing list for the SIG or Working Group to receive a calendar invitation for these meetings.
- CDAC joined as a General Member and we look forward to working with their team. We also have three new Contributor members--the University of Salerno, Tsavorite Scalable Intelligence and Dudaji.
- There has been some activity already this year with RFCs published, please provide your feedback on these through GitHub.
- oneDPL RFCs: A proposal for a public customization point for users to define to indicate if their types are passed directly to SYCL kernels. A proposal to move the histogram CPU backend implementation to supported.
- oneDAL RISC-V: While a lot of the work was done last year, the oneDAL project has confirmed that it added a RISC-V target.
Zephyr Project
