2024 Japan Spotlight Insights Report

Download Report
LF Research fielded its 2024 World of Open Source survey earlier this year and segmented the findings to capture trends specific to the Japanese market. The analysis reveals how Japanese companies are using open source software to drive innovation and strengthen their key sectors, including automotive, healthcare, and manufacturing. While Japan has made progress on open source adoption, the findings also show how the country lags behind other regions in its recognition of the value of open source and its confidence in open source security.
