Yoshi Kobayashi, Technical Steering Committee Chair, Civil Infrastructure Platform
Yoshitake Kobayashi is the General Manager of Advanced Software Technology Office at Toshiba Corporation. A part of his team provides a Linux distribution for various Toshiba products. His research interests include operating systems, distributed systems, and dynamically reconfigurable systems. Additionally, he is the Chair of the Technical Steering Committee for the Civil Infrastructure Platform Project, which is hosted by The Linux Foundation.
Dinesh Kumar, Security Workgroup Lead, Civil Infrastructure Platform
Dinesh Kumar is the Sr. Engineering Manager at Toshiba Software India. He has experience in developing embedded Linux software, secure boot, Debian packages, board support packages, and the development of Android applications and frameworks. His research interests include embedded Linux, Linux kernel security, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. He is currently working on IEC-62443-4-1 & 4-2 assessment for the CIP project.
